Privacy Policy

SayNext processes the data needed to authenticate your account, analyze screenshots you submit, generate suggestions, and manage subscriptions. Normalized images may be processed by the AI provider and payments by Stripe.

Account data

Name, email, and sessions protect your access. Screenshots, analyses, suggestions, feedback, and usage records enable history and product limits. SayNext does not store payment card details.

Cookieless public browsing

While you are not signed in, we use PostHog in the United States region in cookieless mode, without creating an analytics identifier in cookies or local storage. We measure only sanitized route names, language, browser or device, normalized channel and campaign, referring domain, section reach, CTAs, and interaction maps on public pages. We do not record sessions of anonymous visitors.

Account analytics

After sign-in, we use a stable pseudonymous identifier produced with HMAC to relate registration, verification, analysis, suggestion-copy, recovery, limit, checkout, payment, and return events. We do not send names, email addresses, screenshots, messages, AI results, suggestions, tokens, conversation IDs, or raw Stripe IDs to PostHog.

Limited recording of public pages

For signed-in accounts with analytics enabled, we may record 20% of sessions only on the landing and pricing pages. All text and fields are masked; images, video, canvas, and SVG are blocked; console data, headers, network bodies, and login, registration, recovery, app, and settings pages are not recorded.

Your choice

Identified analytics is enabled by default for accounts. You can disable it under Settings > Privacy & account; this stops new browser and backend events and ends interaction maps and recordings. The change does not delete earlier data. When you delete your account, we ask PostHog to delete the linked person, events, and recordings.

Control

You can delete individual images and conversations or delete your account. Account deletion cancels active subscriptions and removes stored screenshots; minimal records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
